At BabelFix we are always happy to advise on general hardware (and software) matters. If requested we can produce detailed specifications should our clients wish to go shopping themselves.

Through our membership of the Filemaker Solutions Alliance, we have bona fide credentials as authorised resellers. With several wholesale accounts in their name, BabelFix can obtain hardware and software directly for supply to our clients. We have a number of suppliers who build bespoke PCs to order, as well as frequently getting priority order status with many manufacturers.

Clients who would like their new hardware tested and fully configured with software and peripherals, etc. are welcome to request a qualified BabelFix service engineer to take care of all this for them - whether delivering the equipment pre-configured or doing so on-site.

And our engineer will have plenty of spare cables and extentions so that there won't be that awful moment of knowing you'll have to wait until you can get to the shops before you can play with the new kit. We can alos arrange data transfers and software settings restorations when you upgrade...
