Maintenance Contracts
Contracts
BabelFix can provide clients with maintenance contracts, where anticipated aggregate hours per annum are agreed in advance with our client. The contract specifies total hours per annum, which are then volume discounted and payable in 12 equal monthly installments by bankers order. Travel time for on-site visits is charged at half rate. Any expenses incurred on our clients behalf is additional. During the period of the contract BabelFix will accept an on-going total time expended to date overage variation of up to 10 percent for up to 60 days or the end of the contract period (whichever is sooner), after which extra hours will be billed for immediate settlement. Unused hours may be credited towards future contracts. Please contact us to find out more.
