Technical Support
BabelFix provides support packages for websites, administrators and technicians alike. Packages, which need to be purchased in advance, ensure that you have ready access to our support staff at any time. Packs are normally time limited and must be used within 6 months.Travel time for on-site visits is charged at half rate. Any expenses incurred on our clients behalf is additional.
Without a current support package our minimum charge is for one hour. Additional discounts may be available for multi packs and pack life may be extended for a moderate surcharge. Please contact us to find out more. We will be happy to advise you on the kind and level of support you need and to discuss the effective costs. Note: We offer Mac Os X support.
