Services
The hosting we offer includes the following services:

• Full ftp access to your site
• Full access to your FileMaker databases via FMP to FMP networking over TCP/IP
• Access to local mail server for mail forms
• Real time stats in graphical fromat
• Full logs for your site rolled on a weekly basis. These logs are available for you to download and analyse using whatever analysis program you wish to.

Security
The remote servers we use:

• Are guarded 24 hours a day
• Have strictly limited secure access
• Are monitored 24 hours a day
• Are on lines bustable to 45 mb/s
• Are on multiple redundant power supplies
• Are in a fully air conditioned facility

We also have significant in-house capabilities which have the advantage of being fully attended during working hours.

Costs
We are always happy to provide impartial recommendations - at times we may recommend that clients with more moderate requirement consider the 'domestic' level services provided by many commercial ISP's because they may be more cost effective

All costs are by quotation and depend on the level of service and any equipment required, though the following guide prices may provide an indication of the order of costs

• One-off set up charge of £150
• On-going costs of £50 per database per month for the first database
• £25 for each subsequent database
